Welcome to Kawaii Doodle. This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Kawaii Doodle Android application, website, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Kawaii Doodle, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Kawaii Doodle lets users create hand-drawn Doodles, send them to friends, publish Doodles to the Community Feed, view public profiles, comment on Community Doodles, and use related social and creative features.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kawaii Doodle. Kawaii Doodle is not directed to children under 13. By using the application, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and that you have the legal ability to agree to this Agreement.
If you are under the age required to use online services in your country or region, you may use Kawaii Doodle only if your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Agreement where required by law.
2. Accounts
To use Kawaii Doodle, you may need to sign in with Google and create a profile. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
- You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- You may not create accounts to evade bans, restrictions, or moderation actions.
- You may not sell, transfer, or give unauthorized access to your account.
- You must provide accurate account and profile information where required.

3. User Content
Kawaii Doodle allows you to create, upload, send, publish, and interact with user-generated content, including Doodles, comments, usernames, profile pictures, public profile details, reactions, reports, and other activity inside the app ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your original User Content. By submitting, sending, or publishing User Content through Kawaii Doodle, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, transmit, distribute, modify for technical purposes, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the Kawaii Doodle service.
When you publish content to the Community Feed or public profile areas, it may be visible to other users. Your username, Kawaii ID, profile photo, public Community Doodles, comments, reactions, and public profile statistics may be visible in the app.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you create, send, or publish. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate this Agreement, applicable law, or the rights of others.
4. Community Rules
Kawaii Doodle is intended for creative, friendly, and respectful sharing. You agree that you will not create, send, upload, publish, comment, link to, encourage, or otherwise distribute content or behavior that includes:
- Sexual, explicit, pornographic, nude, or sexually suggestive content.
- Child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, or sexualized content involving minors.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech, discrimination, or dehumanizing content based on protected characteristics.
- Graphic violence, gore, torture, execution, or content intended to shock or disgust.
- Self-harm instructions, suicide encouragement, or dangerous challenges.
- Illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, dangerous goods, or instructions for illegal activity.
- Gambling, casino-style promotion, scams, phishing, fraud, or deceptive schemes.
- Spam, automated posting, mass messaging, misleading content, or unauthorized advertising.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property violations.
- Malware, malicious links, attempts to bypass app security, or attempts to disrupt the service.
- Any content or behavior that violates applicable law or Google Play and Google Publisher policies.
These rules apply to public Community features, profile content, usernames, comments, images, and private friend-to-friend Doodles.
5. Safety, Moderation, and Reporting
We may use automated systems, user reports, and human review to detect and address violations. This may include text filtering, image moderation, report review, account review, and administrative moderation tools.
- Reporting: Users may report public Community Doodles, comments, profiles, or other user behavior through available in-app report controls or by contacting us.
- Blocking: Users may block other users. Blocking may limit direct interactions and visibility between you and the blocked user.
- Content removal: We may remove, hide, restrict, or reject content that violates this Agreement or appears unsafe.
- Account actions: We may warn, restrict, suspend, permanently ban, or delete accounts that violate this Agreement or create risk for users, the app, advertisers, or the service.
We review reported content and take action as appropriate. We do not guarantee that all content will be reviewed before display, and we do not guarantee that every report will result in removal or account action.

6. Child Safety
Kawaii Doodle strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, or any content or behavior that endangers children.
Any user found distributing, promoting, soliciting, or interacting with CSAM or child exploitation content may be immediately and permanently banned. We may preserve and report relevant information to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where applicable.

7. Friend Sharing and Private Doodles
Kawaii Doodle lets users send Doodles directly to friends and display Doodles on lock screen or wallpaper-related experiences. You agree to use these features respectfully and only to send content that complies with this Agreement.
Private friend-to-friend Doodles are intended for the sender and recipient, but recipients may save, screenshot, record, or share content outside the app. Do not send sensitive, confidential, or illegal content through Kawaii Doodle.
You may not use Kawaii Doodle to harass, spam, threaten, impersonate, or pressure other users. Repeated unwanted messages or abusive friend interactions may result in restriction or termination.
8. Rewarded Ads and Bonus Doodle Sends
Kawaii Doodle may display optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. Free users may choose to watch a rewarded ad to receive a bonus doodle send or similar in-app benefit.
- Rewarded ads are optional and require an affirmative user action.
- Rewards are non-monetary, non-transferable, and usable only inside Kawaii Doodle.
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, gift cards, goods, or services outside the app.
- We are responsible for granting in-app rewards after eligible rewarded ad completion.
- You may not manipulate, automate, or abuse ad views, impressions, clicks, rewards, or app limits.
- You may not encourage others to click ads or generate artificial ad activity.
Ad availability, reward availability, and bonus send limits may vary and may change over time. We may withhold or remove rewards in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, invalid activity, technical error, or policy violation.
9. Premium Subscriptions
Kawaii Doodle may offer optional paid features, including Kawaii Premium subscriptions or other purchases through Google Play Billing. Premium features may include expanded doodle sending or additional app features.
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.
- We do not process or store your full payment card details.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law.
- Premium features may change over time, but we will not intentionally remove core paid access without reason.
10. Privacy
Your use of Kawaii Doodle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. By using Kawaii Doodle, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
11. Account Deletion, Suspension, and Termination
You may request deletion of your account from inside the app where available. Account deletion may remove your profile, content, connections, and related data from active systems, subject to our Privacy Policy and lawful retention needs.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Kawaii Doodle if we believe you violated this Agreement, created risk or possible legal exposure, abused other users, attempted to manipulate ads or rewards, infringed rights, or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way.
After termination, you may lose access to your account, User Content, Premium features, rewards, and app data. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Kawaii Doodle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, constant notification delivery, ad availability, reward availability, or that user-generated content will always be accurate, safe, or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kawaii Doodle and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application.
13. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document. For material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method. Your continued use of Kawaii Doodle after changes become effective means you accept the updated Agreement.
